Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-3011 is a direct-fit replacement for the pump repair kit designed for the 145cc Xtreme 600 airless sprayer. This kit supplies the essential wear components and seals needed to restore pump performance and extend equipment life in high-volume coating operations.

Spray equipment technicians, pump rebuild specialists, and professional painting contractors rely on this kit to return worn or underperforming 145cc Xtreme 600 pumps to factory specifications without requiring full pump replacement. Routine rebuild cycles using this kit help maintain consistent spray pressure and fluid flow reliability across active jobsite fleets.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Decreased pressure output or inability to hold rated PSI during operation
• Fluid leakage from pump housing seals or intake/discharge ports
• Worn packings causing loss of prime or reduced flow efficiency
• Pulsating or inconsistent spray pattern indicating internal wear
