Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 737457

Comparable OEM Part Number: 245819

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-3184 is a direct-fit replacement pump repair kit for the Mark V SpackMax, a workhorse sprayer designed for high-volume texture and coating application in professional construction and renovation settings.

Pump rebuild specialists and spray equipment technicians rely on this kit to restore Mark V SpackMax sprayers to original performance specifications. The kit contains the internal components necessary to address wear patterns common in texture coating equipment, allowing contractors to extend equipment life without purchasing a complete replacement pump assembly.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Pressure fluctuations, loss of prime, or inability to maintain consistent spray patterns during texture application cycles
• Worn packings and seals causing fluid leakage around the pump rod or manifold connection points
• Check ball or valve seat degradation resulting in reduced pressure capacity or spray volume decline
• Internal component wear reducing pump efficiency after extended seasonal or high-hour operation on drywall and acoustic coating jobs

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
