Aftermarket GRACO® 244850 Pump Repair Kit with Xtreme Seals & Leather Packings (Series “A”) (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 734550

Comparable OEM Part Number: 244850

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-2947 is a direct-fit replacement for the pump rebuild kit designed for the 145cc Xtreme 600 sprayer, a high-output airless unit used in commercial painting and industrial coating applications.

This comprehensive kit supplies spray equipment technicians, pump rebuild specialists, and professional painting contractors with the wear components necessary to restore full performance to aging or recently failed 145cc Xtreme 600 pump assemblies. Rather than replacing the entire pump, technicians can refresh internal seals, packings, and wear surfaces on-site, reducing downtime and equipment replacement costs.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Pressure loss and inconsistent spray patterns indicating seal degradation or packing wear within the pump chamber
• Fluid leakage around the pump rod or manifold connections after extended operational hours
• Reduced displacement efficiency and increased motor strain suggesting internal valve or ball seat deterioration
• Routine preventive maintenance during scheduled pump overhaul cycles to extend overall equipment service life

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
