Aftermarket GRACO® 237167 Pump Repair Kit with Teflon Packings (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 711501

Comparable OEM Part Number: 237167

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-3684 is a direct-fit replacement for the GRACO® 237-167 PTFE repair kit, designed for airless spray pump systems that require fluoropolymer sealing surfaces. This kit supports pump rebuild and seal replacement operations for spray equipment technicians, professional painting contractors, and pump rebuild specialists who service high-performance airless systems where PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) componentry is critical to fluid containment and pump longevity.

PTFE repair kits address wear in pump chambers and valve assemblies where standard elastomer seals have reached service limits or where system pressures and fluid characteristics demand the superior chemical resistance and low-friction properties of fluoropolymer materials.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Fluid leakage from pump chamber seals or rod packings after extended operating hours or exposure to aggressive solvents and coatings
• Loss of system pressure or reduced spray output due to worn or degraded sealing surfaces in the pump cavity
• Routine maintenance intervals on rental fleet equipment or high-use contractor spray systems requiring seal and packing renewal
• Incompatibility between worn standard seals and specific fluid types (specialty coatings, industrial fluids, or chemically aggressive paints) necessitating PTFE upgrade components

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
