Aftermarket GRACO® 237164 Pump Repair Kit with Teflon Packings (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 711492

Comparable OEM Part Number: 237164

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-3538 is a direct-fit replacement kit for the Dura-Flo 900 pump, designed to restore spray performance when internal wear or component failure affects paint delivery and atomization. Spray equipment technicians and pump rebuild specialists use this kit to return equipment to OEM operating standards without replacing the entire pump assembly.

This kit supplies the internal wear components that deteriorate through normal operation—critical for contractors running high-hour equipment or rental fleets where consistent spray quality directly impacts job schedules and finish quality.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Pressure fluctuations, erratic spray patterns, or loss of atomization indicating internal seal degradation
• Reduced output volume or inability to maintain consistent fluid pressure during extended spray cycles
• Pump surging, stuttering, or cycling issues stemming from worn packings or check components
• Fluid seepage around the pump rod or external weeping at connection points

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
