Comparable OEM Part Number: 236564

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-2258 is a direct-fit replacement pump repair kit for GRACO® GM7000 airless spray equipment. This comprehensive kit supports full rebuild and maintenance operations for spray equipment technicians, pump rebuild specialists, and professional painting contractors who service GM7000 units in the field or shop.

GM7000 systems demand reliable internal components to maintain consistent pressure and fluid delivery during high-volume coating applications. A quality rebuild kit ensures your equipment returns to OEM performance standards without the lead time and cost of factory replacement.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Worn or degraded packings and seals causing fluid leakage or pressure loss during operation
• Failed internal check valves or check balls reducing pump efficiency or preventing proper fluid flow direction
• Damaged or hardened O-rings compromising system integrity after extended use or chemical exposure
• Routine preventive maintenance during scheduled pump overhauls to avoid mid-job equipment failure

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
