Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-1856 is a direct-fit replacement pump repair kit for GRACO® 390st, 395st, 490st, 495st, and Ultra 600 sprayers, designed to restore core pumping function without full equipment replacement.

Pump rebuild specialists and spray equipment technicians rely on this kit to service worn or degraded pumping assemblies in the field or shop. Professional painting contractors and rental equipment service staff use kits like this to extend equipment life and minimize downtime during the spray season.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Pump output pressure drops or becomes inconsistent, indicating internal seal or component wear
• Leakage from pump housing or rod packing areas during priming or spray operation
• Audible noise, grinding, or loss of prime during startup after storage
• Fluid bypassing internally, resulting in reduced spray volume or application rate

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
