Aftermarket GRACO® 235636 Pump Repair Kit with Leather & Teflon Packings & Stainless Steel Glands (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 706908

Comparable OEM Part Number: 235636

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-2310 is a direct-fit replacement for the complete pump repair kit designed for 23:1 Monark and EH333 airless spray equipment. This kit restores sealing and operational integrity to pumps that have experienced wear, pressure loss, or fluid leakage during active jobsite use.

Pump rebuild specialists and spray equipment technicians rely on this kit to return Monark and EH333 units to OEM performance standards without sourcing individual components from multiple vendors. The kit combines leather packings, Teflon seals, and stainless steel components—materials selected for durability under sustained pressure cycling and chemical exposure common in professional painting and industrial coating applications.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Reduced pressure output or inability to maintain spray pattern consistency across the spray cycle
• Fluid seepage around the pump rod or manifold connections indicating packing degradation
• Sluggish pump response or erratic spray delivery after extended run time or seasonal storage
• Pressure relief valve chatter or nuisance triggering caused by worn sealing surfaces

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
