Aftermarket GRACO® 224438 Pump Repair Kit with Leather & Teflon Packings (Pump Model 224-435) (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 673314

Comparable OEM Part Number: 224438

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-3982 is a direct-fit replacement pump repair kit for the 45:1 King airless sprayer, engineered to restore full operational capacity when internal wear or component failure compromises spray performance. Spray equipment technicians, pump rebuild specialists, and professional painting contractors rely on this kit to complete in-the-field or shop-based pump restoration without replacing the entire unit.

Pump repair kits for the 45:1 King typically include replacement packings, seals, O-rings, check balls, and other internal components that experience wear during normal pressurized operation. Installing a fresh kit extends equipment life and restores the tight tolerances required for consistent pressure output and fluid delivery.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Loss of prime or inability to build rated pressure during startup cycles
• Fluid leakage from pump housing seams, shaft seals, or packing glands
• Inconsistent spray pattern or reduced flow rate despite proper gun and tip function
• Audible cavitation or knocking sounds indicating internal seal degradation

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
