Aftermarket GRACO® 224403 Pump Repair Kit for Fluid Section (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 673209

Comparable OEM Part Number: 224403

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-3881 is a direct-fit replacement pump repair kit for 5:1 Monark and 10.1 President airless sprayers, designed to restore full operational capacity during routine maintenance or emergency field repairs.

Spray equipment technicians and pump rebuild specialists rely on comprehensive kits like this one to address wear and degradation across multiple internal components simultaneously. Rather than replacing individual seals or packings piecemeal, professional painting contractors and rental equipment service staff benefit from the consistency and cost efficiency of a matched kit that covers the critical wear points in both Monark and President pump platforms.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Packing and seal deterioration reducing pressure holding capability or causing internal leakage around the rod
• Worn check balls or valve components preventing proper one-way flow and reducing pump output efficiency
• O-ring and gasket hardening or cracking from extended exposure to paint, coating materials, and solvent environments
• Loss of prime or inability to maintain consistent spray pressure during extended application sessions

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
