Aftermarket GRACO® 220877 Pump Repair Kit with Leather & Polyethylene Packings (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 662631

Comparable OEM Part Number: 220877

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-1500 is a direct-fit replacement for GRACO® 220-877, a comprehensive pump repair kit engineered for the GM5000, Ultra 1500, and GM10000 spray systems. This kit supports the preventative maintenance and corrective rebuild workflows that spray equipment technicians, pump rebuild specialists, and professional painting contractors rely on to keep high-volume airless equipment operational.

Pump repair kits consolidate the wear items and sealing components necessary to restore a pump to OEM performance without sourcing individual parts across multiple suppliers. Contractors and rental equipment service staff benefit from having a complete kit on hand, reducing downtime during emergency rebuilds or scheduled maintenance cycles.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Pressure fluctuations or loss of prime following extended spray cycles
• Fluid seepage at pump housing seams or around drive shafts
• Diminished flow rate despite proper engine operation and fuel supply
• Worn or degraded internal packings causing erratic pressure relief or cavitation noise

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
