Aftermarket GRACO® 208940 Pump Repair Kit with Leather & Teflon Packings (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 626820

Comparable OEM Part Number: 208940

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-379 is a direct-fit replacement pump repair kit for the EM400 and EM480 series airless sprayers. This kit contains the packings, seals, and internal wear components required to restore performance in equipment that has experienced leakage, pressure loss, or operational degradation after extended service.

Pump rebuild specialists and professional painting contractors rely on kits like this to return EM-series equipment to OEM operating specifications without replacing the entire pump assembly. The individual components work together to restore fluid containment and pump efficiency across the critical internal passages and piston areas.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Fluid leakage from pump body seams or rod areas during operation
• Loss of prime or inability to build full system pressure
• Visible wear marks or scoring on piston rod or internal bore surfaces
• Spray pattern degradation or inconsistent flow after extended use

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
