Aftermarket GRACO® 208520 Pump Repair Kit with Teflon Packings (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 714858

Comparable OEM Part Number: 208520

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-607 is a direct-fit replacement for the GRACO® 208-520 kit, a comprehensive pump rebuild assembly for 5:1 Monark Divorced ratio sprayers. This kit equips spray equipment technicians and pump rebuild specialists with the packings, seals, and internal wear components necessary to restore divorced pump performance and restore reliable fluid pressure consistency during contractor applications.

Professional painting contractors and rental equipment service staff rely on this kit to extend equipment lifecycle and minimize downtime on job sites where 5:1 ratio delivery is critical to application specs.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Worn packings cause fluid leakage around the pump rod or external weeping at seal locations
• Degraded elastomer seals and O-rings fail under high-pressure cycling, reducing pump efficiency
• Internal check valve components stick or fail to seat properly, preventing consistent pressure buildup
• Loss of prime or inability to maintain rated 5:1 output indicates seal or packing deterioration requiring full kit replacement

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
