Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-855 is a direct-fit replacement pump repair kit for GRACO® 20:1 Bulldog, 45:1 King, and GH733 airless spray equipment, designed to restore worn or compromised pump assemblies without requiring equipment replacement.

Spray equipment technicians, pump rebuild specialists, and professional painting contractors rely on comprehensive repair kits to return aging or high-use sprayers to full operational capability. This kit consolidates the individual seals, packings, and internal components required for a complete pump overhaul, reducing downtime and keeping equipment in service longer.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Pressure loss or inconsistent spray output caused by worn internal seals and packing degradation
• Leakage from pump rod or manifold connections indicating seal or O-ring failure
• Fluid carryover into air lines or visible contamination in the fluid delivery system
• Hard starts, sluggish priming, or loss of prime during extended idle periods between jobs

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
