Aftermarket GRACO® 207850 Pump Repair Kit with Teflon Packings (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 623550

Comparable OEM Part Number: 207850

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-2799 is a direct-fit replacement for the GRACO® 237-725 pump repair kit, engineered for the 30:1 President airless sprayer with Teflon and stainless steel construction. This comprehensive kit supports pump rebuild and maintenance operations performed by spray equipment technicians, professional painting contractors, and pump rebuild specialists who service high-volume coating applications.

The 30:1 President pump handles demanding spray schedules across commercial and industrial environments. When pressure output drops, internal leakage increases, or the pump fails to prime reliably, a complete seal and packing kit restores the unit to OEM performance specifications. This kit typically includes the precision seals, packings, and wear components engineered specifically for the Teflon and stainless steel architecture of the President model.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Loss of pressure or inconsistent output indicating worn internal seals and packings
• Fluid leakage from rod seal areas or around the pump shaft
• Priming difficulties or slow ramp-up to rated pressure after sitting idle
• Visible wear or hardening of elastomer components during routine inspection

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
