Aftermarket GRACO® 207385 Air Motor Repair Kit (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 622155

Comparable OEM Part Number: 207385

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-845 is a direct-fit replacement for the President Air Motor rebuild kit, designed to restore pneumatic drive performance on GRACO®’s President-series fluid handling systems. This kit contains the internal wear components and sealing elements necessary to restore an air motor to OEM specifications without requiring full motor replacement.

Industrial maintenance crews and pump service specialists rely on air motor rebuild kits to extend equipment life and minimize downtime on active jobsites and production lines. Rather than replacing an entire motor assembly, technicians can service the internal components and restore the motor’s original displacement and torque output.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Loss of rotational speed or torque delivery, indicating internal bearing or vane wear
• Reduced air efficiency or excessive air consumption during normal operation
• Seal failure causing air leakage at motor housing or shaft areas
• Maintenance intervals on high-use rental equipment or contractor spray rigs

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
