Aftermarket GRACO® 204164 Pump Repair Kit (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 612492

Comparable OEM Part Number: 204164

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-1617 is a direct-fit replacement pump repair kit for the 45:1 Fireball airless sprayer, designed for spray equipment technicians and pump rebuild specialists who service high-volume coating application equipment.

The 45:1 Fireball demands regular maintenance to sustain its performance in commercial painting operations, rental fleet rotations, and industrial fluid handling applications. This complete kit supplies the internal packings, seals, and elastomer components necessary to restore pump functionality without replacing the entire pump assembly.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Loss of prime or inability to maintain pressure during spray cycles, indicating worn packings or compromised seals
• Fluid leakage from pump rod or cavity areas, signaling seal degradation after extended use
• Reduced flow rate or erratic spray output despite adequate prime and supply pressure
• Noticeable grinding or abnormal noise from the pump during operation, often caused by damaged packing elements

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
