Aftermarket GRACO® 198303 Guide, Wiper, Piston (Non-OEM)
Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies
Part Number: 594909
Comparable OEM Part Number: 198303
Description: Total Finishing’s part # 42-2574 is a compatible replacement for GRACO® parts 198-303 and 198303 — the guide used in GRACO® spray equipment. This guide keeps the reciprocating rod tracking dead-center in its bore, giving the moving part a renewable wear surface so side-load rubs the guide instead of the cylinder and packings around it. Compatible with GRACO® GH 300.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Renewed during a fluid-section rebuild
- Play or knock developing as guide clearance opens up
- Accelerated packing wear from a rod running off-center
- Scoring visible on the guide surface at teardown
Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
Comparable to GRACO® 198-303
