Aftermarket GRACO® 178207 Piston Bearing (Non-OEM)
Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies
Part Number: 534621
Comparable OEM Part Number: 178207
Description: Total Finishing’s part # 42-4191 is a compatible replacement for GRACO® parts 178207 and 178-207 — the piston bearing used in GRACO® spray equipment. This bearing guides its moving shaft or rod, taking the side-loads so the precision surfaces around it do not. A worn bearing lets the rod run off-center, which accelerates packing and cylinder wear well beyond the cost of the bearing. Compatible with GRACO® GH 130 (2014+) and LineLazer V 130 HS.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Scoring visible on the bearing surface at teardown
- Renewed during a fluid-section or drive rebuild
- Play or knock in the rod as bearing clearance opens up
- Accelerated packing wear from an off-center rod
Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
Comparable to GRACO® 178-207
