Description: Total Finishing’s part # 15-2599 is a direct-fit replacement for the GRACO® 117828 encapsulated o-ring used in the outlet filter housing on GRACO® airless sprayers. It seals the filter housing against the high-pressure fluid passing from the pump manifold to the spray hose.
Common reasons this encapsulated outlet filter o-ring is replaced:
- Fluid leaking at the outlet filter housing during spraying
- Pressure loss from a bypass at the filter housing seal
- Visible compression set or deformation after repeated filter changes
- Scheduled seal replacement during filter element service
