Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-1499 is a direct-fit replacement pump repair kit for GRACO® Ultra 333, Ultra 433, Ultra 1000, GM3500, and EM590 sprayers. This comprehensive kit supports pump rebuild and maintenance operations across multiple platform models, making it essential for spray equipment technicians and pump rebuild specialists managing diverse fleets.

Pump repair kits typically include a combination of packings, seals, O-rings, and internal wear components necessary to restore proper pump function and pressure integrity. Professional painting contractors and rental equipment service staff rely on these kits to minimize downtime during routine overhauls and emergency repairs.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Packing degradation or hardening causing pressure loss and fluid leakage around the pump rod
• O-ring and seal wear reducing pump efficiency and causing cavitation or bypass conditions
• Ball check corrosion or stiction preventing proper intake and discharge valve operation
• General wear from extended service intervals requiring comprehensive internal component renewal

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
