Aftermarket GRACO® 237166 Pump Repair Kit with Leather Packings & Teflon Backup (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 711498

Comparable OEM Part Number: 237166

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-3677 is a direct-fit replacement for the GRACO® Dura-Flo 1100 leather repair kit, engineered to restore pump performance in high-volume fluid handling systems used by professional painting contractors and pump rebuild specialists.

This kit contains the leather packings and seals required to revive a worn Dura-Flo 1100 pump, restoring pressure capability and eliminating fluid bypass that occurs during extended service life. Spray equipment technicians rely on kits like this to extend equipment uptime on active job sites without requiring full pump replacement.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Leather packings compressed or hardened from age, reducing pump pressure and output
• Fluid seepage past the piston rod indicating seal degradation
• Inconsistent spray pattern caused by internal packing wear
• Pressure loss under load after extended operating hours

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
