Aftermarket GRACO® 223482 Packing Set with Teflon Packings (same for upper & lower) (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 670446

Comparable OEM Part Number: 223482

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-3490 is a direct-fit replacement for the Teflon packing set used in GRACO®’s 63:1 King airless pump units. This packing assembly maintains pressure integrity within the pump rod and packing box, preventing fluid leakage during high-pressure spray operations. Pump rebuild specialists and spray equipment service technicians rely on quality packing sets to restore reliable pump performance after normal wear or emergency shutdowns.

Teflon packing materials degrade over extended service cycles, leading to fluid seepage, pressure loss, and eventual pump failure if not replaced promptly.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Visible fluid leaking from the pump rod or packing box area during operation
• Pressure fluctuation or inability to maintain rated PSI during spray jobs
• Hardening or shrinkage of existing packing after extended idle time or seasonal storage
• Scheduled preventive maintenance on high-use equipment to avoid mid-job breakdowns

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
