Aftermarket GRACO® 206924 Pump Repair Kit with Leather Packings (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 620772

Comparable OEM Part Number: 206924

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-1047 is a direct-fit replacement pump repair kit for the 5:1 Fireball airless sprayer, engineered to restore full operational capacity during scheduled rebuilds or emergency field service.

Spray equipment technicians and pump rebuild specialists rely on this kit to address wear patterns specific to the 5:1 Fireball’s displacement and pressure cycle. Professional painting contractors often keep this kit on hand to minimize downtime during active job cycles, since replacing worn internal components extends equipment life far beyond simple repair attempts.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Packing degradation causing fluid leakage around the pump rod, typically after 500–800 operating hours depending on fluid type and pressure consistency.
• Seal failure resulting in loss of prime, erratic pressure output, or reduced spray atomization during mid-project operation.
• Check ball or seat corrosion preventing proper valve sealing, manifesting as product backflow or incomplete pump stroke recovery.
• O-ring hardening or extrusion creating internal bypass paths that reduce pump efficiency and force pressure relief cycling.

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
