Aftermarket GRACO® 223483 Packing Set with Leather & Teflon Packings (same for upper & lower) (Non-OEM)
Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies
Part Number: 670449
Comparable OEM Part Number: 223483
Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-3549 is a direct-fit replacement packing set for the 63:1 King LT airless sprayer, serving as the sealing element essential to maintaining pump integrity during high-pressure fluid transfer operations. Pump rebuild specialists and spray equipment service technicians rely on this packing set to restore proper seal function in King LT pump assemblies after wear or leakage develops during extended service cycles.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Fluid leakage around the pump rod or piston rod during operation, indicating packing degradation.
- Loss of prime or reduced spray pressure caused by worn packings allowing internal bypass.
- Increased effort required to operate manual or pneumatic pump controls due to friction from deteriorated seal surfaces.
- Visible weeping or spray mist escaping from around the pump head after routine pressure testing.
Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
