Aftermarket GRACO® 239328 Pump Repair Kit with Leather & Teflon Packings, Stainless Steel Glands (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 717984

Comparable OEM Part Number: 239328

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-3030 is a direct-fit replacement pump repair kit for 23:1 Monark and EH333 airless spray units equipped with leather and Teflon packings and stainless steel components. This comprehensive rebuild kit is essential for spray equipment technicians and pump rebuild specialists tasked with restoring these mid-ratio pumps to OEM performance standards without requiring a full unit replacement.

Pump repair kits of this type typically contain the critical packings, seals, and wearing surfaces that experience the most degradation during normal operation. Professional painting contractors relying on Monark or EH333 equipment will benefit from keeping this kit on hand for routine maintenance cycles or emergency field repairs.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Leather and Teflon packings wear unevenly or separate from their seats, allowing fluid bypass and pressure loss during spray cycles
• Stainless steel rod surfaces develop scoring or corrosion that compromises packing seal integrity and reduces pump efficiency
• Pressure fluctuations or inability to achieve rated PSI indicate internal seal failure requiring complete packing stack replacement
• Fluid leakage at rod ends or around the pump head signals advanced wear in the packing assembly necessitating kit installation

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
