Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 729273

Comparable OEM Part Number: 243091

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-2359 is a direct-fit replacement for the pump repair kit designed for the 190ES airless sprayer, enabling spray equipment technicians and pump rebuild specialists to restore full operational capability to this workhorse equipment line.

The 190ES pump kit contains the internal components and seals required to return a worn or failing pump to OEM performance specifications. Professional painting contractors and rental equipment service staff rely on kits like this to minimize downtime and extend the service life of their spray systems without costly equipment replacement.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Pressure fluctuations, loss of prime, or reduced flow rate indicating internal seal degradation
• Visible fluid leakage from pump housing seams or rod connections
• Rough pump cycling, cavitation noise, or inability to maintain consistent spray pattern
• Routine preventive maintenance during annual pump overhaul or after high-hour operation cycles

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
