Aftermarket GRACO® 237165 Pump Repair Kit with Leather & Polyethylene Packings (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 711495

Comparable OEM Part Number: 237165

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-3546 is a direct-fit replacement for the Graco 237-165 pump repair kit, designed for the Dura-Flo 900 series. This comprehensive rebuild kit equips spray equipment technicians, professional painting contractors, and pump rebuild specialists with the internal components needed to restore worn or failing Dura-Flo 900 pumps to OEM performance standards.

Dura-Flo 900 units operate continuously in high-volume coating applications, and internal wear on seals, packings, and valve assemblies inevitably reduces pressure consistency and spray pattern quality. The Bedford 20-3546 kit consolidates the replacement components into one service package, streamlining downtime for rental equipment fleets, service shops, and field-based contractors managing multiple sprayers.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Pressure loss or inability to achieve rated PSI, indicating worn pump internals or degraded seals
• Fluid leakage around the pump head or rod seal area during operation or at idle
• Inconsistent spray patterns or pulsing output caused by check valve deterioration or packing wear
• Contractor requests for preventive rebuild during routine equipment servicing or between high-demand seasons

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance. Compatible Graco equipment models are listed in the Compatible Equipment section below, where available.
