Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 661188

Comparable OEM Part Number: 220396

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-1387 is a direct-fit replacement pump repair kit for the 15:1 President (SD) airless sprayer, designed to restore full operational capacity to this workhorse proportioning pump model. Spray equipment technicians, professional painting contractors, and pump rebuild specialists rely on comprehensive kits like this one to address wear patterns common in high-cycle President units without requiring complete pump replacement. This kit consolidates the seals, packings, and internal components necessary to return the pump to OEM performance standards.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Pressure loss or inability to maintain consistent 15:1 fluid ratio during application, indicating seal degradation
• Audible noise or vibration during pump cycling, suggesting worn internal packings or bearing surfaces
• Fluid seepage from pump body seams or housing connections after extended service intervals
• Reduced flow rate or erratic pressure response in proportioning cycles

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
