Aftermarket GRACO® 223675 Pump Repair Kit with Leather & Polyethylene Packings (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 671025

Comparable OEM Part Number: 223675

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-1898 is a direct-fit replacement for the pump repair kit designed for the 30:1 President, EH433GT, and GH433 (SD) airless sprayers. This comprehensive kit equips spray equipment technicians and pump rebuild specialists with the internal components needed to restore these high-pressure pumps to full operational capacity during scheduled maintenance or emergency field repairs.

Pump rebuild kits for President-series equipment typically include packings, seals, O-rings, check balls, and other wear items that experience degradation under continuous pressurized fluid circulation. Professional painting contractors and rental equipment service staff rely on these kits to minimize downtime by performing in-house rebuilds rather than sending pumps out for depot service.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Pressure loss or inability to reach rated PSI, indicating worn internal seals and packings have compromised system integrity
• Fluid leakage from pump housing seams or rod seals, requiring packing replacement to restore containment
• Erratic spray patterns or flow inconsistency caused by damaged check balls or valve seats restricting smooth fluid passage
• Pump cavitation noise or reduced output after extended seasonal use, signaling that wear items have reached service life limits

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
