Aftermarket GRACO® 220395 Pump Repair Kit for Fluid Section with Leather & Polyethylene Packings (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 661185

Comparable OEM Part Number: 220395

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-1355 is a direct-fit replacement pump repair kit for the 45:1 King, GH733, and 20:1 Bulldog airless sprayers, designed for professional equipment technicians and contractor maintenance crews who service high-volume coating systems.

This kit consolidates the packings, seals, and wear components needed to restore performance across these three popular pump platforms. Pump rebuild specialists and spray equipment technicians rely on complete kits like this to minimize downtime and ensure consistent rebuild quality without sourcing multiple individual components.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Packing degradation causing pressure loss, fluid weeping around the rod, or inconsistent spray pattern output
• Seal failure resulting in internal leakage between pump chambers or external bypass around rod seals
• Wear on check balls and seats reducing pump priming ability or causing pressure chattering during spray cycles
• O-ring deterioration from fluid exposure, thermal cycling, or extended storage leading to seal failure across multiple pump stations

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
