Aftermarket GRACO® 25D134 Packing Set, throat L/PE (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 75402

Comparable OEM Part Number: 25D134

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-3401 is a direct-fit replacement for the GRACO® 25D134 throat packing set used in Xtreme 145 L/PE airless spray equipment. This packing assembly seals the pump rod and prevents fluid leakage at the throat of the pump housing during operation, a critical function for maintaining system integrity under high-pressure spraying conditions.

Pump rebuild specialists and spray equipment service technicians rely on throat packing sets to restore equipment performance after routine maintenance or when seal degradation compromises spray quality. Proper packing installation ensures consistent fluid containment and extends the operational life of the pump assembly.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Visible fluid seepage or spray leakage around the pump rod area during operation
• Loss of prime or reduced spray pressure caused by air entering through compromised seals
• Equipment has been idle for extended periods and packings have hardened or lost resilience
• Routine rebuild service on rental fleet equipment or high-use contractor sprayers

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
