Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 75774

Comparable OEM Part Number: 25D258

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-3406 is a direct-fit replacement for the GRACO® 25D258 pump repair kit, designed for the Xtreme 145 TFE/PE airless sprayer. This kit supplies the essential wear components and sealing elements required to restore proper pump function and performance during routine maintenance or after extended service cycles.

Spray equipment technicians, pump rebuild specialists, and professional painting contractors rely on this kit to keep Xtreme 145 TFE/PE units operating reliably on job sites and in service shops. The kit typically includes packings, seals, O-rings, and other internal wear items that deteriorate under pressure and repetitive cycling.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Pressure output drops or becomes inconsistent during spray application
• Fluid leaks appear around shaft seals or pump housing connections
• Pump cycles but fails to draw or deliver material at rated volume
• Audible noise, grinding, or abnormal sounds indicate internal wear

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
