Description: Total Finishing’s manifold strainers supplied as a direct-fit replacement for GRACO® 224458, 224459, 224468, 224469, 238436, 238438, 238440 & 238442. Manifold strainers sit at the pump outlet manifold to catch coarse contaminants before material enters the high-pressure section of the sprayer.

On GRACO® airless equipment, a clogged outlet or manifold filter restricts flow into the hose and shows up as a pressure drop at the gun even when the pump is keeping up.

Common reasons these filters are replaced:

• Strainer collapse after a heavy-bodied material is run without an upstream filter
• Pressure drop traced to a restricted manifold strainer
• Torn or distorted strainer found during pump or manifold service
• Recommended replacement during pump rebuild or filter housing service
