Aftermarket GRACO® 247883 Lower Seal Kit (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 743649

Comparable OEM Part Number: 247883

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-4146 is a direct-fit replacement for the lower seal kit on GRACO® T2 2:1 fluid pumps, engineered for professional contractors and pump service technicians who maintain airless spray systems in the field or shop.

The T2 2:1 operates at a fixed 2:1 pressure ratio and is commonly found in portable spraying setups. When the lower seal assembly fails, fluid leakage around the pump rod becomes visible, and spray output becomes erratic. This kit supplies the replacement seal components needed to restore hydraulic integrity and prevent cross-contamination between fluid chambers.

Pump rebuild specialists and spray equipment technicians rely on lower seal kits to get equipment back into service quickly without replacing the entire pump assembly. Professional painting contractors who operate their own equipment maintenance programs use these kits to extend pump life and reduce downtime.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Fluid seepage around the pump rod or lower housing area during operation or at rest
• Loss of pressure or inconsistent spray pattern linked to internal fluid bypass
• Visible wear or discoloration of seals during routine pump inspection
• Preventive maintenance during scheduled pump rebuild cycles

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
