Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 701499

Comparable OEM Part Number: 233833

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-4497 is a direct-fit replacement for the GRACO® Merkur 050 seal repair kit, a comprehensive component set designed for technicians and contractors rebuilding Merkur 050 pump units in the field or workshop.

Seal kits for the Merkur 050 are essential maintenance items for spray equipment technicians and pump rebuild specialists who service high-volume airless sprayers. This kit streamlines seal replacement during routine pump overhauls, reducing downtime on active job sites and in rental equipment fleets. Professional painting contractors who maintain their own spray equipment rely on kits like this to extend pump life and restore performance between major service intervals.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Fluid leakage around pump rod or piston areas indicating seal degradation
• Loss of pressure consistency or fluctuating spray pattern during active application
• Scheduled preventive maintenance during annual pump inspection cycles
• Visible wear, permanent deformation, or hardening of original seals after extended use

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
