Part Number: 863835

Comparable OEM Part Number: 287945

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-3016 is a direct-fit replacement for the GRACO® Mark X pump repair kit, providing comprehensive component replacement for airless spray equipment maintenance and rebuilds. This kit supports spray equipment technicians and pump rebuild specialists who service Mark X units in production painting, industrial coating, and high-volume application environments. Professional painting contractors who operate Mark X systems benefit from having a complete kit on hand to minimize downtime during scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Degraded internal seals, packings, and O-rings causing pressure loss or fluid leakage during spray cycles
• Worn check balls or seat components reducing pump efficiency and spray pattern consistency
• Routine preventive maintenance on Mark X pumps operating in heavy-use or rental fleet environments
• Contamination or buildup in pump passages requiring kit replacement as part of a full service interval

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
