Aftermarket GRACO® 16X431 Pump Repair Kit with leather & polyethylene packings, ceramic balls (Non-OEM)

Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 49293

Comparable OEM Part Number: 16X431

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-3193 is a direct-fit replacement pump repair kit for TexSpray Mark X and GMax 7900HD airless spray systems. This kit contains the internal components necessary to restore full performance to worn or degraded pumps in these high-output models, making it essential for spray equipment technicians and pump rebuild specialists managing equipment fleets.

Professional painting contractors and rental service teams rely on this kit to minimize downtime during routine pump maintenance or emergency repairs. Rather than replacing an entire pump assembly, rebuilding with OEM-equivalent components extends equipment life and reduces capital expenditure on replacement units.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Internal pump components wear under high-pressure cycling, reducing spray consistency and pressure stability
• Seal degradation or packing failure causes fluid leakage around the pump rod or manifold connections
• Check valve balls or seats become scarred or fouled, preventing proper pressure regulation
• Accumulation of paint residue or fluid contamination compromises pump efficiency and spray quality

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
