Manufacturer: Total Finishing Supplies

Part Number: 739023

Comparable OEM Part Number: 246341

Description: Total Finishing’s part # 20-2639 is a direct-fit replacement for GRACO® part 246-341, a comprehensive pump repair kit engineered for the GH200, GMax 7900, and HydraMax 225 airless spray systems. This kit contains the wear components and seals that pump rebuild specialists, spray equipment technicians, and professional painting contractors routinely replace during preventive maintenance or repair operations on these high-volume applicators.

Pump rebuild specialists rely on complete repair kits like this one to restore spray pressure consistency and eliminate fluid leakage without sourcing individual components across multiple suppliers. Whether servicing equipment in a rental fleet or managing jobsite downtime, professional contractors benefit from having a kit that addresses the primary wear points in a single order.

Common reasons for replacement:

• Pressure loss or inconsistent spray pattern during application, indicating internal seal degradation
• Fluid seepage around pump housing seams and connections, pointing to worn packings or O-ring failure
• Rough pump operation or increased motor load, caused by deteriorated internal clearances
• Routine maintenance intervals in high-use rental or production environments where preventive component replacement extends equipment life

Manufactured to OEM-equivalent dimensions for proper fit and performance.
